PREREQUISITES FOR IMMERSION

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Mikvah!

Was your menstrual cycle at least five days (regardless of flow) before you started the seven white-days count?
Did you initiate the seven white-days with an internal examination (bedikah) performed shortly before sunset on the day your period ended?
On the following morning, and for the duration of the seven white-days, did you examine yourself internally (ideally, morning and at sunset each day, but) at least once on the 1st and 7th day?
